We are Yarsa Games, a game studio operated by Yarsa Labs Private Limited.

What personal data we collect and why


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

When you send us a message through any of our contact forms, we may receive your personal information. The personal information is only used to contact you or fulfill the purpose of your message. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party. We may also use the contact information you send us to communicate with you in the future about our product and services.

If we do not have any medium in file to send out a notification to you, we will destroy the information collected from you before the event of merger, acquisition or asset sale.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Our service providers may retain the data as long as it is required to provide us the service.

What rights you have over your data

How we protect your data

We always try to protect our infrastructure from unauthorized access to the data we store. We encrypt the network connection to or from this App using SSL to prevent unauthorized access to the information in transit. We review the server logs and use monitoring tools to monitor our servers in a regular basis. We conduct security scans of our servers regularly. We restrict access to personal information to our contractors and agents only after they sign legally enforceable non-disclosure agreement.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
